Creative ICT-Barbara Ainscough 
Barbara is an experienced Education Trainer. Following several years of primary classroom teaching she worked as an Advisory teacher for Humberside and NE Lincolnshire local authorities, and on a part-time basis in Rotherham. She has been delivering training in education for over 24 years and has worked as an Independent trainer for the last 18 years.Barbara has lots of experience of working with adults and young people of all ages and has subsequently worked for a wide range of clients in the education sector, gaining extensive experience in teachers' professional development and the use of digital technologies in the classroom. An Apple Distinguished Educator Barbara has a passion for developing creativity using Macs and especially the use of iPad for learning. She offers training and development for iPad and a variety of creative activities, including animation, podcasting, digital-storytelling & film-making.Barbara has undertaken projects in Schools, Colleges, Academies, CLC’s, Local Authorities, Universities, the BBC, Creative Partnerships, the BCS and RBC's.She has provided Independent curriculum support for primary schools for 15 years, developing all aspects of the curriculum through the application of ICT, specialising in the use of iPad, IWB, Web2.0 and creative technologies with an enthusiasm for learning through technology.In addition Barbara is an approved trainer for Target Tracker, Discovery-EspressoKudlianPurpleMash and an Associate EducationTrainer for Research Machines. Working in partnership with many professional organisations, Barbara has a distinguished track record in supporting and advising schools in raising attainment and achievement through the use of learning technologies.
Barbara can provide professional training expertise on the new assessment system - Assessing Without levels, Learning & Teaching Needs Analysis (LTNA), e-safety, mobile devices and developing creativity. She can help you re-design your ICT curriculum, making it easier for you to identify key areas for development.
